秦香止泻片治疗肠道湿热型泄泻随机平行对照研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察秦香止泻片治疗肠道湿热型泄泻疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将50例住院及门诊患者按掷骰子法简单随机分为两组。对照组25例肠康片,0.1g/次,2次/d。治疗组25例秦香止泻片(白头翁、秦皮、木香各100g),磨粉,加水浸泡后加热回流蒸煮,浓缩液干燥后得,0.36g/片,1g/次,3次/d。两组均连续治疗5d为一疗程。观测临床症状、症状积分(大便次数、腹泻急迫、泄而不爽、肛门灼热、大便色黄秽臭、腹痛、烦躁口渴、小便短赤)、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈8例,显效7例,有效9例,无效1例,总有效率96.00%。对照组痊愈1例,显效7例,有效10例,无效7例,总有效率72.00%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。症状积分两组均有改善(P<0.01),治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]秦香止泻片治疗肠道湿热型泄泻疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。[Objective]To observe Qinxiang damp-heat diarrhea in the treatment of intestinal diarrhea effect.[Methods]Randomized parallel controlled method,50 inpatients and outpatients by dice method is simple randomized into two groups.The control group of 25 cases of intestinal Tablets,0.1g/times,2 times/d.The treatment group 25 cases Qinxiang diarrhea tablets（Baitouwong,Qinpi,Muxiang each 100g）,after grinding,soaking in the water heated to reflux cooking,dried and concentrated liquid obtained,0.36g/tablets,1g/time,3 times/d.Both groups continued treatment 5d for treatment.Observation of clinical symptoms,symptom scores（stool frequency,urgent diarrhea,vent and unhappy,anal burning,stool yellow foul smell,abdominal pain,irritability,thirst,scanty dark urine）,adverse reactions.One course of treatment,to determine efficacy.[Results]The cure eight cases,seven cases markedly effective in 9 cases,one case,the total efficiency of 96.00%.Cured one case in the control group,effective in 7 cases,10 cases,7 cases,the total efficiency of 72.00%.Treatment group than the control group（P〈0.05）.Symptom scores improved in both groups（P〈0.01）,the treatment group than the control group improved（P〈0.05）.[Conclusion]Qinxiang diarrhea tablets in the treatment of intestinal satisfaction damp-heat diarrhea effect,no serious adverse reactions,is worth promoting.
