参苓白术散联合羟苯磺酸钙治疗特发性水肿随机平行对照研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察参苓白术散联合羟苯磺酸钙治疗特发性水肿疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将116例门诊及住院患者按就诊顺序编号简单随机分为两组。对照组58例氨苯喋啶50mg/次,2次/d;羟苯磺酸钙0.5g/次,3次/d。治疗组58例参苓白术散加减(党参12g,茯苓、白术15g,扁豆12g,陈皮10g,山药、莲子肉各15g,薏仁20g,砂仁后下6g,泽泻、车前子、木瓜各15g,甘草6g),1剂/d,水煎300m L,早晚温服;羟苯磺酸钙治疗同对照组。连续治疗15d为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈31例,有效24例,无效3例,总有效率94.83%。对照组痊愈15例,有效34例,无效9例,总有效率84.48%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]参苓白术散联合羟苯磺酸钙治疗特发性水肿,疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。[Objective]To observe SHENLINGBAISHU Powder and Calcium Dobesilate idiopathic edema effect.[Method]Random parallel control method,116 cases of outpatient and inpatient treatment order No.simple random into two groups.The control group 58 cases triamterene 50mg/times,2 times/d;dobesilate calcium 0.5g/time,3 times/d.The treatment group 58 cases really swig subtraction Shenlingbaizhu Powder（Codonopsis 12 g,Poria,Atractylodes 15 g,lentils 12 g,tangerine peel 10 g,Chinese yam,lotus seeds and meat each 15 g,barley 20 g,after Amomum under 6g,Alisma,Plantago,papaya each 15 g,licorice 6g）,1 dose/d,decoction 300 m L,sooner or later,warm clothes;Calcium Dobesilate with the control group.15 d for a course of continuous treatment.Observation of clinical symptoms,adverse reactions.One course of treatment,to determine efficacy.[Results]The treatment group cured 31 cases,effective 24 cases,3 cases,the total efficiency of 94.83%.The control group cured 15 cases,effective 34 cases,9 cases,the total efficiency of 84.48%.Treatment group than the control group（P〈0.05）.[Conclusion]Shenlingbaizhu powders and calcium dobesilate treatment of idiopathic edema,results were satisfactory,no serious adverse reactions,should be promoted.
