辨证分型联合针刺治疗椎-基底动脉供血不足性眩晕随机平行对照研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察辨证分型联合针刺治疗椎-基底动脉供血不足性眩晕疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将70例门诊患者按就诊顺序号方法简单随机分两组。对照组34例,针刺,太冲、风池、百会、颈夹脊,肝阳上亢加行间、侠溪、肝俞、肾俞、太溪;痰湿中阻加中脘、丰隆、阴陵泉、内关、解溪、头维;气血亏虚加气海、脾俞、胃俞、足三里;肾精不足加志室、悬钟、三阴交;40mm毫针,平补平泻,得气后留针20min,行针1次,强度以患者耐受为度,1次/d。治疗组36例辨证分型,肝阳上亢-天麻钩藤饮,痰湿中阻-半夏白术天麻汤,气血亏虚-归脾汤,肾精不足,补肾滋阴-左归丸,补肾助阳-右归丸;针刺治疗同对照组。连续治疗1周为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。连续治疗3疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈22例,显效8例,有效4例,无效2例,总有效率94.40%。对照组痊愈10例,显效14例,有效2例,无效8例,总有效率76.50%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]辨证分型联合针刺治疗椎-基底动脉供血不足性眩晕,疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。[Objective] To observe the therapeutic effect of syndrome type differentiation plus acupuncture in treating vertebral basilar artery insufficiency vertigo. [Method] Using random parallel control method, 70 cases of clinic patients in clinic method is simple and randomly divided into two groups. Treatment group of 36 cases of liver Yang syndrone- gastrodia elata uncaria drink, phlegmy wet resistance- pinellia atractylodes rhizoma gastrodiae decoction, deficiency of qi and blood, spleen decoction, kidney essence deficiency, kidney Yin- left to pill, kidney Yang- right to pill; Acupuncture treatment with the control group. Continuous treatment for 1 week to 1 course of treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms and adverse reactions. Continuous treatment 3 period of treatment, judge curative effect.[Results] 22 patients are cured. Efficiency number is 8, valid number is 2 and invalid number is 8. The total effective rate is 76.50%. The treatment group is more efficiency than the control group.（P〈0.05）.[Conclusion] Syndrome type differentiation plus acupuncture is a effective way of treating vertebral basilar artery insufficiency vertigo, the result is satisfactory, and the adverse reactions are not serious, so it is worth to be popularized.
