按摩联合舒筋通络汤熏洗治疗膝部筋伤随机平行对照研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察按摩联合舒筋通络汤熏洗治疗膝部筋伤疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将54例住院及门诊患者按抛硬币法简单随机分为两组。对照组27例舒筋通络汤熏洗（舒筋草40g,没药、乳香、桂枝、羌活、川续断各30g,骨碎补、五加皮各25g,防风20g,红花15g）,2500~3500m L清水浸泡30min,文火煎沸15min,后加200m L白醋,患肢距盆约50cm,毛巾覆盖患肢,热气熏蒸患肢10min,水温50℃浸洗患肢,1剂/d,2次/d。治疗组27例按摩,取足三里、三阴交、阴陵泉、膝眼、阳陵泉、血海,损伤部位揉、按、摩指法;早期时手法应轻,肿胀消退后,逐渐加重手法,并实施膝关节屈伸锻炼,3~5min/次,2次/d;熏洗治疗同对照组。连续治疗7d为1疗程。观测临床症状、膝功能障碍评分、不良反应。连续治疗4疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效15例,有效10例,无效2例,总有效率92.59%。对照组显效9例,有效11例,无效7例,总有效率74.07%。治疗组疗效优于对照组（P〈0.01）。[结论]按摩联合舒筋通络汤熏洗治疗膝部筋伤疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。[Objective]To observe the decoction Fumigation Joint Shujin network knee tendon injury massage therapy efficacy.[Methods]Randomized parallel controlled method,54 cases of inpatient and outpatient simply by flipping a coin law randomly divided into two groups.27 cases in the control group Shujin network soup Fumigation（Shujincao 40 g,Meiyao,Ruxiang,Guizhi,Qianghuo,Xuduan each 30 g,Gusuibu,Wujiapi each 25 g,Fangfeng 20 g,Honghua 15g）,2500~3500m L water immersion 30 min,slow fire Jian Fei 15 min,after adding 200 m L vinegar,limb from the basin of about 50 cm,a towel covering limb,heat fumigation limb 10 min,the water temperature is 50 ℃ dipping limb,a/d,2 times/d.The treatment group 27 cases massage,take the full three years,Sanyinjiao,Yin Ling Quan,knee eye,Yanglingquan,a sea of blood,injury site knead,press,rub fingering;early when practices should be light,after the swelling subsided,gradually increased the way,and Knee implementation exercise,3~5min/times,2 times/d.Fumigation treatment with the control group.7d for a course of continuous treatment.Observation of clinical symptoms,knee dysfunction score,adverse reactions.4 courses of continuous treatment,to determine efficacy.[Results]The treatment group 15 cases,10 cases,2 cases,the total efficiency of 92.59%.Group 9 cases,effective in 11 cases,7 cases,the total efficiency 74.07%.Treatment group than the control group（P〈0.01）.[Conclusion]Shujin Tongluo soup Fumigation Joint knee tendon injury massage therapy results were satisfactory,no serious adverse reactions,it is worth promoting.
