中医药治疗慢性心力衰竭研究简况

摘　　要：慢性心力衰竭可归为＂喘证＂＂怔忡＂＂心悸＂等范畴,辨证分型缺乏一致标准,少则2型,多则10型,多集中在3~6型,目前认同率较高是分4型：气虚血瘀,益气活血,保元汤;气阴两虚,益气养阴,生脉散;阳虚水泛,温阳利水,真武汤;痰饮阻肺,泻肺逐饮,葶苈大枣益母汤。动物模型造模主要有药物诱导（阿霉素、异丙肾上腺素）、手术诱导（冠状动脉结扎、腹主动脉窄缩）和转基因诱导;中医证模型均为药物诱导或手术诱导造模基础上,饥饿、寒湿、惊恐、高脂饮食等建立的。中药治疗研究集中在单味与复方（真武汤、生脉散、邓铁涛暖心方等）。未来期待具有中医特色CHF动物模型,构建更为科学中医药评价体系,加强单味中药及复方的实验研究和临床研究。Chronic heart failure can be classified as ＂Asthma＂ ＂palpitation＂ ＂palpitation＂ and other areas,Syndromes lack of consistent standards,ranging from type 2,as many as 10 type,mostly concentrated in the 3-6 type,High recognition rate is currently divided into four types： blood stasis,qi and blood circulation,Baoyuantang;Qi,Qi Yin,Shengmaisan;yang water pan,yang water,Zhen Wu Tang;phlegm obstructing lung,Xiefei by drinking,Tinglizi Yimu jujube soup.Animal Models main drug-induced（doxorubicin,isoproteren ol）,surgically induced（coronary artery ligation,aortic narrowing） and genetically induced;CM models aredruginduced or surgically induced,based on modeling,hunger,cold,fear,build QDBS model fat diet.Chinese medicine research has focused on a single flavor and Compound（Zhen Wu Tang,Shengmaisan,DENG Tie-tao heartwarming party,etc.）.Future expected to have Chinese characteristics,CHF animal model,to build a more scientific evaluation system for Chinese medicine,to strengthen research and clinical research experiment of single herbs and compound.
