中医药治疗慢性肾功能衰竭概况

摘　　要：慢性肾功能衰竭乃素体正虚,外邪侵袭,脾肾亏虚、湿浊内蕴,气虚、血虚、阴虚、阳虚为本虚,湿浊、水毒和瘀血为标实,正虚与邪实贯穿病程始终。以辨证施治(本虚、标实、兼证)、专方、单味药、其他疗法(中药灌肠,脐疗,药浴、熏蒸,针灸)为主。中医药能延缓慢性肾衰竭病情进展,显著提高生存质量,为临床、科研提供理论依据。chronic renal failure body is false,evil,spleen and kidney deficiency,dampness accumulation.Deficiency in origin and excess in superficiality,deficiency of Qi,blood,yin and Yang is the virtual,damp,poison the water and blood stasis is the subject of the real,is the virtual and the evil real throughout the course of the disease.Treatment with syndrome differentiation（the deficiency and excess in superficiality,and permit）,side treatment,treatment of the single herb,other therapies（traditional Chinese medicine enema,umbilical therapy,medicated bath,fumigation,acupuncture）.Chinese medicine can delay the progression of chronic renal failure patients,significantly improve the quality of life for patients,to provide a theoretical basis for clinical and scientific research.
