益气化痰活血法治疗快速性心律失常概况

摘　　要：快速性心律失常病机为本虚标实,心气血阴阳亏虚为本,痰瘀火热兼夹为标。益气化痰活血,经方及验方针灸均有明显改善症状、控制疾病发作等特有优势。中医药治疗快速性心律失常安全指数高,标本同治兼顾,疗效肯定,无严重不良反应。多数研究仍为疗效观察,机理研究较少;缺乏与中医证候相对应的动物模型;剂型仍以汤剂为主,不便携带。未来要制定规范统一的辨证分型和诊断标准,研制疗效更优良中成药。The fast arrhythmia disease machine is the virtual reality,the heart qi and blood deficiency of yin deficiency,phlegm and blood stasis heat.Treatment of Yiqi Chutan huoxue prescription,prescription and acupuncture can significantly improve symptoms and control of disease onset advantage.Chinese medicine treatment of rapid arrhythmia with high safety index,taking into account the effect of specimens,the point,no serious adverse reaction.
