摘　　要：目的通过分析2011—2014年新疆克拉玛依市职业病危害因素监测结果,了解该市职业病危害程度,为今后职业病防治工作提供依据。方法收集克拉玛依市疾病预防控制中心职业病危害因素监测结果报表,采用Excel电子表格建立数据库,分析不同职业病危害因素的合格率。结果共计监测139家企业的有毒有害作业点3 287个,合格2 656个,合格率为80.80%。噪声、化学因素和粉尘平均合格率分别为79.51%、88.23%和76.41%。按经济类型可分为7类,监测点合格率最高的是国有企业,为83.10%;私营企业最低,为46.15%;不同规模企业监测点合格率从高到低依次为大型、中型和小型企业。化学原料及化学品制造业和建筑业监测点合格率最低,分别为52.31%和61.77%。结论克拉玛依市职业病危害日趋严重,应加大对小型企业、私营企业、化学原料及化学品制造业和建筑业的监管。[Objective]To analyze the monitoring results of occupational hazards in Karamay City from 2011-2014, to understand the harmful degree, and provide evidence for occupational disease control. [Methods]The monitoring results of occupational hazards collected by Karamay CDC were used to form a Excel data base for analysis of the qualified rate of different occupational hazards.[Results]A total of 3 287 toxic and harmful operation points of 139 enterprises were monitored, 2 656 （80.80%） were qualified. The average qualified rate of noise, chemical toxicant and dust was 79.51% ,88.23%和 76.41%, respectively. The monitoring points could be divided into 7 kinds according to economic type, State-owned enterprise had the highest qualified rate （83.10%） while the private enterprise had the lowest （46.15%）. The qualified rate from high to low was large, medium and small enterprises. The chemical raw materials and chemical manufacturing industry and construction monitoring points had the lowest qualified rates （52.31% and 61.77%, respectively）.[ConclusionlOccupational hazards are increasingly serious. It is necessary to enhance the supervision of small enterprises, private enterprises, chemical raw materials and chemical manufacturing industry and construction industry.
