摘  要:目的了解绵阳市市售食品中镉污染状况,开展暴露风险初步评估。方法从绵阳市辖区不同地点购买大米、小米、新鲜蔬菜、鸡蛋、水果等市售食品,按照GB/T 5009.19-2003方法对其中镉含量进行检测。结果共检测食品样品169份,检出率74.56%,合格率94.08%,不同产地食品中镉污染合格率无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论 2014年绵阳市市售食品中镉污染状况不严重,食物中污染物镉对食品安全的风险是可以接受的。大米和蔬菜样品中存在一定镉超标,应加强监测,保障食品安全。[Objective]To understand the pollution status of cadmium in foods sold in Mianyang, and carry out preliminary evaluation of exposure risk. [Methods]The rice, millet, vegetables, eggs and fruits were bought from different places in Mianyang, the contents of cadmium in them were detected according to GB/T 5009.19-2003.[Results]A total of 169 samples were detected, the detection rate was 74.56%, and the qualified rate was 94.08%. The difference of qualified rate of cadmium pollution in samples in different places was statistically significant(P〉0.05).[Conclusion]The pollution status of cadmium in foods sold in Mianyang in 2014 is not serious, the food safety risk of cadmium is acceptable. There is beyond-standard situation of cadmium in some rice and vegetable samples, which should be strengthened the monitoring to ensure the food safety.
