摘　　要：目的了解医学院校大学生日常生活应激程度及其相关因子与焦虑的关系。方法采用分层整群随机抽样的方法,对某医学院校5个年级学生进行分层,每个年级随机抽取5个班级进行问卷调查。结果焦虑组应激因素总分、挫折、冲突、压力、变化、自我强加、生理反应、情绪反应、行为反应和认知反应等因素的评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);调整性别、年龄、年级、家庭所在地、是否独生子女、是否兼职、专业满意度、父母期望及睡眠质量等因素后,中度应激和重度应激暴露者焦虑的发生风险为轻度应激暴露者的3.192和19.113倍;焦虑症状发生的危险因素主要有睡眠质量和应激水平。结论应激与焦虑的发生相关,随应激水平增高,焦虑的发生风险增大,应采取相应措施降低应激水平或提高学生的应激能力,以降低医学生焦虑的发生率。[Objective]To explore the association of life stress and its related factors with anxiety among students in a medical university.[MethodslStratified cluster random sampling was adopted to select 5 classes from each grade （5 grades） of a medical university for questionnaire survey.[Results]The anxiety group had significantly higher total stress score, as well as the scores on such factors as frustration, conflict, stress, diversification, self-imposing, physiological responses, emotional reactions, behavioral and cognitive responses than the control group（P〈0.05）. After adjustment for gender, age, grade, dwelling place, the only child or not, part-time job or not, professional satisfaction, parents＇expectations, and sleeping quality, the odds ratios for anxiety were 3.192 and 19.113 in the students with moderate and severe stress, respectively, compared to those with mild stress. The risk factors for anxiety included sleeping quality and life stress level. [Conclusion]Stress is associated with the incidence of anxiety, the higher the degree of stress, the greater the risk of anxiety. Relevant measures should be taken to reduce the life stress or improve the ability of students to cope with the stress, thus decreasing the incidence of anxiety among students in medical university.
