摘　　要：目的评估江山农药化工厂职工职业相关疾病及其健康状况。方法利用职工职业健康检查信息系统中近5年检查数据,采用单因素和多因素logistic回归分析其危险因素。结果江山农药化工厂2010—2014年3 631人次职工检查发现疑似职业禁忌证290人次(7.99%);职工患高血压的风险较大,主要影响因素有年龄、性别和接触有害因素的年限,年龄每增加1岁,风险增加1.07倍,男性患病风险是女性的1.59倍,且随着接触有害因素的年限增加而增加。长期接触有机磷等农药的工人除了对肝功能造成一定损害之外,对心脏和造血系统的影响并不大。结论全血胆碱酯酶活力检测是发现农药化工厂职业禁忌证的重要指标之一,职业健康检查能够筛查出高血压等常见病,是职工最重要的健康保障。[Objective]To evaluate the status of occupational diseases and heahh conditions of workers in Jiangshan Pesticide Chemical Plant.[Methods]Based on the physical examination data of past 5 years from health examination information system, univariate and multivariate logistic regression analysis was applied to analyze the risk factors. [Results]Of 3 631 people who received health examination, 290 （7.99%） were identified suspected occupational contraindications the Jiangshan Pesticide Chemical Plant during 2010-2014. The main risk was hypertension, and the main factors were age, gender and exposure length, and the risk increased 1.07 times with 1 year increasing. Male risk was 1.59 times of female, increasing with exposure length extending. Long-term exposure to organic phosphorus pesticide caused some damage on liver function, but not obvious impact on heart and hemopoietic system.[Conclusion]Detection of whole blood cholinesterase activity has been found one of the important indicators of occupational contraindication and occupational health examination. Occupational health detection can screen hypertension and other common diseases, it is important for health protection of workers.
