摘 要:通过讨论粒度分析仪依据的光散射原理,强调排除浓度效应的必要性,提出可用简单的外推图解法准确获得商品气相二氧化硅(F-SiO_2)的分散粒径d。对F-SiO_2而言,外推线性区通常在0.1%~1.0%浓度范围内。举例说明分散粒径对F-SiO_2在硫酸溶液中胶凝行为的强烈影响,发现随着分散粒径的增大,电解液的触变性增加。The necessary of eliminating the influence of particle concentration was emphasized through a brief discussion about the light scattering principle depended by the instrument. A simple diagrammatic method of extrapolation was suggested to use,by which it could be obtained accurately the dispersed diameter d of F-SiO_2 goods. For F-SiO_2,the linear region of extrapolation was generally in the range of 0. 1% ~ 1. 0%. An example was given to show the strong influence of the dispersed diameter on its gelation behavior of F-SiO_2 in sulphuric acid medium. With the increasing of dispersed diameter,the thixotropy of the electrolyte solution was enhanced.
