摘　　要：中小企业发展问题是困扰全球经济发展的大问题。本文从菲律宾中小企业的发展现状出发,探究菲律宾中小企业发展中存在的问题,最后提出菲律宾中小企业发展对策和中菲就中小企业发展问题进行合作的建议,以期能为中小企业发展提供帮助。SME development is a major problem that effects global economic development. From the present conditions of SME development in Philippines, this paper studies the problems existing in the SME development in Philippines, and puts forward some suggestions for the SME and the cooperation between China and Philippines to promote SME development.
