摘　　要：经济新常态背景下,创新驱动已成为我国经济增长的新动力和新源泉。为研究重庆市在新常态背景下如何实施创新驱动发展战略,首先浅析了重庆在新常态背景下走创新驱动发展战略的现实依据,然后指出重庆实施创新驱动发展战略不仅要把握自主创新和研发投入这两个关键环节,而且要在体制机制和产业结构优化升级这两点上取得重点突破,最后才能为重庆经济发展注入新鲜"血液",实现"科学发展,富民兴渝"。Under the background of new economic normality, innovation driven has become a new driving force for economic growth in China. To study how to implement the innovation driven strategy in Chongqing, this paper first- ly analyzes the practical basis of the relevant literature, from the perspective of macro and micro, and then points out that implement the innovation driven strategy in Chongqing, not only needs to grasp the two key points of independent innovation and R ＆ D investment, but also needs to make breakthrough both on institutional mechanisms and optimization and upgrading of industrial structure, which can inject fresh ＂blood＂ for Chongqing＇ s development and realize ＂scientific development, people＇ s wealthy as well as city＇ s prosperity＂.
