“寒”、“热”在温度感觉与中医学之间的概念隐喻

摘　　要：温度感觉是人体最基本的感觉之一,"寒"、"热"作为中医理论系统中一个最基本的构成,贯穿于辨证论治的过程中。本文以"寒"、"热"基本温度感觉词为纲,立足于中医学语言这一层面,运用概念隐喻理论,从认知语言学角度,揭示温度感觉词与中医理论有关"寒"、"热"概念之间的认知映射过程。结果表明,在始源域为温度感觉的寒、热语词及目的域为中医理论的"寒"、"热"概念映射中发现了两者的相似性。中医学理论中"寒"、"热"知识的形成起源于人身体与自然环境长期的交互作用,中医学中的"寒"、"热"是一种概念隐喻。Thermal sense is one of the most basic human senses. ＂Cold and ＂heat＂,as the most basic compositions in the traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） theoretical system,existed in the whole process of syndrome differentiation and treatment.This paper took the basic thermal sense word of ＂ cold and ＂heat＂ in the aspect of TCM language.The cognitive mapping process between thermal sense words and TCM theory related ＂cold＂ and ＂heat＂ concepts was revealed with the conceptual metaphor theories from the aspect of cognitive linguistics.The results showed that there were similarities on words ＂cold＂ and ＂heat＂ between the source domain of thermal sense and the target domain of TCM theories.The formation of ＂cold＂ and ＂heat＂ knowledge in TCM theories was originated from the long term interaction between the human body and the natural environment.＂Cold＂ and ＂heat＂ in TCM were conceptual metaphors.
