培土生金法治疗COPD临床研究的系统评价

摘　　要：目的:本研究旨在对散在的培土生金法治疗COPD的临床随机对照试验(Randomized Controlled Trials,RCTs)进行系统评价,通过Meta分析生成大样本、更具有说服力的培土生金法治疗COPD的临床疗效证据。方法:在CBM、CNKI、VIP、PubMed、MEDLINE等数据库进行检索,全面收集培土生金法治疗COPD临床随机对照试验的文献,根据纳入标准筛选文献,并对文献进行质量评价;再进行数据提取,应用RevMan 5.0进行Meta分析。结果:最终纳入10篇文献,共979例受试者。培土生金法治疗COPD的临床总疗效较优,对患者FEV1、FEV1%预计值无明显治疗作用,也尚不能改善患者FEV1/FVC。结论:培土生金法能够提高临床治疗COPD总有效率,但此结论仍需更多大规模、高质量临床试验进一步证实。This study was aimed to systematically evaluate the randomized controlled trial（RCT） of strengthening earth to generate metal method in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（COPD） treatment.Through metaanalysis,the large sample and persuasive clinical evidences for strengthening earth to generate metal method in COPD treatment were generated.The RCTs on strengthening earth to generate metal method in COPD treatment were retrieved from databases such as CBM,CNKI,VIP,PubMed and MEDLINE.The literatures were screened according to the inclusion criteria.The quality of literatures was evaluated.And then,the data was extracted.RevMan 5.0 software was used in the meta-analysis.The results showed that there were 10 papers with 979 cases were included.The total clinical curative effect of strengthening earth to generate metal method in COPD treatment was relatively good.Neither significant treatment effect on the predicted value of FEV1,nor FEV1/FVC was improved obviously in COPD patients.It was concluded that the strengthening earth to generate metal method can improve the total effective rate in COPD treatment.However,this conclusion still required to be verified with more large-scale and high-quality clinical trials.
