基于文献与专利探讨中医治疗肿瘤发热的用药规律

摘　　要：目的:研究中医治疗肿瘤发热常用药物的规律和特点,为肿瘤发热的中医临床治疗提供借鉴。方法:借鉴循证医学和流行病学的思路与方法,检索中国学术期刊全文数据库近36年的相关文献,将符合标准的118篇文献中的处方用药归类,查出其性、味、归经,采用Excel进行统计分析。利用东方灵盾世界传统药物专利数据库(WTM),对符合标准的360篇专利主题词进行在线统计分析。结果:对文献里涉及中药的用药规律进行统计,用药频次最高的前10味中药为:甘草、柴胡、黄芩、当归、人参、地黄、白术、黄芪、知母、白芍。文献收录的156味中药多为清热药及补益药,性多寒、温,味则以苦味为先,其次为甘、辛,以归肝经的药物为最,其次是归肺、心经。对WTM数据库检索专利进行统计,出现频次最高的前10味中药为:甘草、黄芩、黄芪、人参、当归、白花蛇舌草、蒲公英、茯苓、生姜(干姜)、党参。结论:苦寒入肝经药物为治疗肿瘤发热的常用药,常用药物为甘草、黄芩、黄芪、人参、当归。This review was aimed to find out the administration rules and characters of common Chinese herbs in order to provide experiences in treating tumor fever in the clinical practice.Based on research ideas and methods of evidence-based medicine（EBM） and epidemiology,118 articles of Chinese medicine were chosen by searching the CNKI in recent 36 years.Then,the nature,flavor and channel tropism of Chinese herbs from the literatures in treating tumor fever were collected,classified and analyzed by Excel software.World Traditional/Natural Medicine Patent Database（WTMPD） designed by the East Lindon Company was used to analyze subject items of 360 patents online.The results showed that glycyrrhizae radix et rhizoma,bupleuri radix,Scutellariae radix,angelica sinensis radix,ginseng,rehmanniae radix,atractylodes macrocephalae rhizoma,astragali radix,anemarrhenae rhizoma and paeoniae radix alba ranked in top ten,which mainly belonged to the heat-clearing and tonic herbs with the nature of cold and warm.The flavor was mainly bitter,and then sweet and pungent.The channel tropism was mostly to the liver,and secondary to the lung and heart channel,respectively.In addition,the top ten herbs of the highest frequency analyzed by the WTM database were glycyrrhizae radix et rhizoma,Scutellariae radix,astragali radix,ginseng,angelica sinensis radix,hedyotis diffusa,taraxaci herba,poria,zingiberis rhizoma recens and codonopsis radix.It was concluded that commonly used herbs with the nature of cold and flavor of bitter,including glycyrrhizae radix et rhizoma,Scutellariae radix,astragali radix,ginseng,angelica sinensis radix,were attributed to the liver channel in conventional treatment of tumor fever.
