摘 要:目的探讨西非埃博拉出血热疫情期间北京国境口岸卫生检疫工作信息化建设和实践的成功经验,为今后的信息化工作发展提供方法和思路。方法从建设背景、建设方案、实施效果三方面分析建设该系统的必要性、科学性、实用性,提出未来卫生检疫信息化发展的方向。结果卫生检疫信息化工作在这次埃博拉疫情防控中得到迅速发展,北京口岸成功研发《国境口岸入境人员信息采集系统》,具有鲜明的实用特色,现场查验效果突出。结论在当前信息化快速发展变革的时期,伴随卫生检疫事业的发展,信息化建设的步伐必须要与事业发展同步。Objective To discuss and analyze the research achievements at the Beijing frontier port during the outbreak of Ebola haemorrhagic fever in West Africa and make good use of the successful experiences, in order to promote the construction of the sanitary quarantine information system. Methods The necessity, scientificity and practicability were discussed through the aspects of construction background, construction program and implementa- tion effect, and the development direction of this research was brought forward. Results During the outbreak of Ebola haemorrhagic fever, the sanitary quarantine information system had been developed rapidly. Beijing port suc- cessfully developed the information system, the effect for on-site inspection was prominent. Conclusion The infor- mation construction of health quarantine should be enhanced with the rapid development of information technology.
