摘　　要：随着企业信息化建设的普及，网络及各种办公软件得到了广泛应用，但传真至今仍旧是一种尚未被集中管理起来的资源。基于传统的硬件传真模式，越来越不能追随现代办公的要求，由此带来了软件传真解决方案的强烈需求。为解决上述问题，本文重点讲述网络传真的实现，并结合企业环境提出多种集成实现，使其除具备所有的硬件传真机功能、完善的传真信息管理和处理等功能外，更加符合企业应用系统信息高度集成、资源共享的理念，充分提高企业办公效率、节省话费成本。With the popularization of enterprise information construction, the network and all kinds of office soft-ware have been widely used, but the fax is still a kind of resource which has not been centralized management. Based on the traditional hardware fax mode, it is increasingly unable to follow the requirements of the modem office, which brings a strong demand for software fax solution.To solve the above problems, this paper focuses on the realization of the network fax, and puts forward a variety of integrated enterprise environment, so that all of them have the functions of the hardware, the perfect of the fax information man- agement and processing, more in line with the enterprise application system information integration, resource sharing concept, fully improve the office efficiency, save the cost.
