电针配合中药热敷治疗颈性眩晕疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察电针配合中药热敷治疗颈性眩晕的临床疗效。方法:将100例患者随机分为治疗组52例和对照组48例,治疗组使用电针联合中药热敷治疗,对照组予以盐酸倍他司汀注射液治疗,比较疗效。结果:治疗10天后,两组患者症状均较治疗前改善,治疗组与对照组总有效率分别为92.31%和79.17%,两组总有效率比较差异显著,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:电针配合中药热敷治疗颈性眩晕疗效确切。Objective： To observe the therapeutic effect of electroacupuncture combined with herbal fomentation in the treatment of cervical vertigo. Methods： 100 patients were randomly divided into a treatment group with 52 cases and a control group with 48 cases. The treatment group received electro acupuncture combined with herbal fomentation treatment,and the control group was treated by Betahistine hydrochloride injection. Then compare the clinical effects of two groups. Results： After treatment for 10 days,the symptoms in two groups were improved. The total effective rate of treatment group and control group were 92. 31% and 79. 17% respectively.The difference between two groups was significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Electroacupuncture combined with herbal compress is an effective way to treat cervical vertigo.
