针刺曲池与合谷对发热大鼠下丘脑前列腺素E_2的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨针刺曲池、合谷穴退热疗效及其机理。方法:采用酵母致热大鼠模型,观察针刺及对照处理对大鼠体温的影响,并利用酶联法检测下丘脑前列腺素E2(PGE2)含量的变化。结果:经处理1 h后,针刺组与正常组体温相比差异有统计学意义,与基础体温相比差异无统计学意义;经处理2 h后,针刺组与正常组相比差异无统计学意义,与阿司匹林组相比差异有显著统计学意义;处理4 h后,中药组和阿司匹林组相比差异无统计学意义,阿司匹林组、中药组与基础体温相比差异无统计学意义。治疗2 h后,针刺组与正常组前列腺素E2相比有统计学意义(P<0.05),针刺组与中药组、阿司匹林组相比,其差异均有显著意义(P<0.01);处理4 h后,针刺组与正常组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:针刺曲池、合谷穴可以通过降低大鼠下丘脑PGE2水平从而达到退热效果,且针刺退热的时间短、作用持久。Objective： To explore and research the acupuncture at Quchi and Hegu points for the treatment of fever and its mechanism. Methods： Use yeast to increase the temperature of rats,and then observe the influence on the temperature of rats during acupuncture,and use ELISA to analyze the hypothalamus prostaglandin E2（ PGE2） content when acupuncture. Results： After 1h treatment,it had a statistically significant difference between the acupuncture group and common group,but it had no statistically significant difference compared with basal group. After 2 h treatment,there was no statistically significant difference between the acupuncture group and common group,but it had a statistically significant difference compared with Aspirin group. After 4h treatment,there was no statistically significant difference between the traditional Chinese medicine group and Aspirin group. What is more,there was no statistical significant difference among Aspirin group,traditional Chinese medicine group and basal group. After 2h treatment,it had a statistically significant difference between acupuncture group and common group. It had a statistically significant difference between acupuncture group and traditional Chinese medicine group. It had no difference between the acupuncture group and Aspirin group（ P 0. 01）. After 4h treatment,there was no significant difference between the acupuncture group and the common group（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion： The fever was removed by acupuncturing at Quchi and Hegu points by reducing the level of PGE2,and this method can shorten the time and has a lasting effect.
