健骨冲剂在治疗老年骨质疏松性骨折中的临床应用

摘　　要：目的：回顾性分析健骨冲剂在治疗老年骨质疏松性骨折中的临床应用。方法选取2012年8月至2013年5月期间湖南省老年医院门诊及住院治疗的老年骨质疏松性骨折患者130例，通过纳入及排除标准随机分为两组，分别使用碳酸钙＋骨化三醇胶囊＋健骨冲剂治疗及碳酸钙＋骨化三醇胶囊＋阿仑膦酸钠片治疗，观察每例患者治疗前及治疗后2周、1个月、3个月、6个月的 VAS 评分、骨密度（BMD）、血 Ca2＋、碱性磷酸酶（ALP）值。结果依据 VAS 评分标准，两组患者治疗前与治疗后2周比较差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05），治疗后2周、1个月、3个月、6个月比较差异未见统计学意义（P ＞0.05），且两组间比较差异未见统计学意义（P ＞0.05）；两组治疗后6个月第2~4腰椎 BMD 与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05），两组间比较差异未见统计学意义（P ＞0.05）；两组治疗前及治疗后2周、1个月、3个月、6个月血 Ca2＋比较差异未见统计学意义（P ＞0.05）；两组治疗前及治疗后1个月 ALP 比较差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05），且组间比较差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。结论本研究显示健骨冲剂在对老年人骨质疏松并发的骨折的愈合疗效确切。Objective To retrospectively analyze the clinical application of Jiangu granule in the treatment of osteoporosis fracture in elderly patients. Methods One hundred and thirty elderly patients with osteoporosis fracture from August 2012 to May 2013 were selected and were randomly divided into two groups,respectively treated with calcium carbonate ＋ Calcitriol cap-sule ＋ Jiangu granule or calcium carbonate ＋ Calcitriol capsule ＋ alendronate sodium tablets. The VAS score,BMD,serum Ca2 ＋ ,ALP value before treatment and 2 week,1 month,3 months,6 months after treatment of the two groups were observed. Results Compared with 2 weeks after treatment,the VAS score before treatment of the two groups had significant difference （P 0. 05）,and the differences between the two groups were not significant（P 〉 0. 05）. Compared with before treatment,BMD of L2 - 4 after 6 months treatment of the two groups had significant differences（P 0. 05）. The serum Ca2 ＋ of the two groups had no significant changes before treatment and after 2 weeks,1 month, 3 months,6 months treatment,and the difference was not significant between the two groups（P 〉 0. 05）. Compared with before treatment,ALP had significant difference after 1 month treatment,and the difference between the two groups was significant （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion The curative effect of Jiangu granule on osteoporosis fracture in elderly patients is good.
