新生儿中医体质辨识表的编制及信度和效度分析

摘　　要：[目的]制定新生儿体质辨识表,检验该表的信度和效度,为新生儿中医体质辨识的广泛推行提供有力的依据。[方法]查阅相关文献,结合家长对问诊的感受和反应,以及相关专家咨询情况,确定新生儿中医体质辨识表,并对量表结果进行信度和效度检验。[结果]1该表的信度检验显示:总克伦巴赫系数为0.782,去除15个条目中任一条目后的系数与亚表总系数进行比较,系数均降低;再现性相关系数均大于0.7。2效度检验显示:各表因子分与总评分之间的Pearson相关系数也均超过了0.6。[结论]新生儿中医体质辨识表结构清晰,具有较好的内容效度及结构效度,为新生儿中医体质辨识提供了一种工具和方法。[Objective] To set neonatal TCM constitution identification table,and test the reliability and efficiency,providing a powerful basis for promoting neonatal TCM constitution identification table widely. [Methods] Determine neonatal TCM constitution identification table according to related literature,parents＇ feelings and reactions for inquiry and expert consultation, and examine the reliability and efficiency of result. [Results] ①Reliabilitytesting shows： total cronbach coefficient is 0.782,remove any entries in the 15 entries,compared with the total coefficient table,the coefficients are decreased,and reproducibility correlation coefficients are greater than 0.7. ② Validity-testing shows： the Pearson correlation coefficients between each table factor score and total score are over than 0.6. [Conclusions]The structure of table is clear,good content and structure validity provides a tool and method for neonatal TCM constitution identification.
