Q开关1064nm激光治疗咖啡斑的临床应用

摘　　要：目的探讨Q开关1 064 nm激光治疗咖啡斑的临床疗效及不良反应。方法应用Q开关Nd∶YAG激光仪治疗咖啡斑患者88例,波长1 064 nm,脉宽为5~20 ns,光斑直径6 mm,频率10 Hz,能量密度为2.4~3.3 J/cm2,根据患者的病情选择适当的治疗参数,光斑照射到皮损表面后皮肤呈红色为适度。7~10 d治疗1次,治疗6~15次。结果 88例患者经过6~15次,痊愈30例,显效22例,好转15例,无效21例,总有效率达76.1%。结论 Q开关1 064 nm激光治疗咖啡斑有效,不良反应小。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Q-switched Nd ∶ YAG 1 064 nm laser irradiation on treating cafe-au-lait spots.Methods Totally 88 patients with cafe-au-lait spots were treated with Q-switched Nd ∶ YAG laser. The parameters of the laser therapy were as follows： wave length 1 064 nm,wave width 5 to 20 ns,light spot diameter 6 mm,frequency 10 Hz,and energy density 2. 4 to3. 3 J / cm2. The parameters of the laser used to treat the patients were chosen by their actual conditions,and the involving skin was irradiated with the laser until the skin turned red,which was thought to be proper endpoint after several times of treatment. The patients were treated every 7-10 days. Totally 6-15 times of laser irradiation were conducted.Results Among the patients studied,the cured,effective,clinically improved and ineffective cases were 30,22,15 and 21,and the overall effective rate was 76. 1%.Conclusions Q-switched Nd ∶ YAG 1 064 nm laser is effective and safe to treat cafe-au-lait spots.
