内灸式He-Ne激光针灸针治疗肩关节周围炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察内灸式激光针灸针治疗肩关节周围炎的临床疗效。方法肩关节周围炎患者100例,随机分为试验组和对照组,每组患者50例。试验组采用内灸式激光针灸针治疗;对照组采用传统针刺法治疗。治疗前后应用疼痛视觉模拟量表(visual analogue scale,VAS)和Oswestry功能障碍指数(oswestry dability index,ODI)进行疗效评估。结果 (1)VAS评分:两组患者治疗后与治疗前比较,VAS评分均显著下降(P<0.05)。第1次治疗后两组VAS评分分别为:试验组(3.96±1.90)分,对照组(4.95±2.06)分,两组比较差异有显著意义(P<0.05)。治疗10次后两组的VAS评分分别为:试验组(3.51±1.2)分,对照组(3.69±1.3)分,两组比较差异无显著意义(P>0.05)。(2)ODI评分:第1次治疗后两组患者ODI评分分别为:试验组(16.29±7.8)分,对照组(16.14±7.2)分,两组比较差异无显著意义(P>0.05)。治疗10次后两组患者的ODI评分均显著下降,与治疗前比较差异有显著意义(P<0.05),组间比较差别无显著意义(P>0.05)。结论内灸式激光针灸针法治疗肩关节周围炎即时止痛效果优于传统针刺疗法,但治疗1次对提/携物、坐、站立、行走各项功能无明显改善;治疗1个疗程后两种疗法皆可止痛及改善各种功能。Objective To observe clinically the curative effect of laser acupuncture on cold damp lumbago.Methods Totally 100 patients with cold- damp low back pain were divided randomly into two groups： the experimental group with 50 patients given laser acupuncture and the control group with 50 patients given traditional acupuncture mainly for comparison. Pain Visual Analog Scale（ VAS） and Oswestry Disability Index（ ODI） was used to assess the efficacy.Results（ 1） Visual Analog Scale： The VAS scores of both groups decreased significantly after the treatment（P〈0.05）,and the score（ 3. 96 ± 1. 90） of the experiment group was remarkably lower than that（ 4. 94 ± 2. 05） of the control group after the first treatment. The difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. After 10 treatments,the VAS score of the treatment group was（ 3. 51 ±1. 19）,and that of the control group（3.69 ± 1.27）,indicating a difference that was not statistically significant different（P0.05）.（2） Oswestry Disability Index： For both groups,the ODI score before and after the first treatment did not change significantly（ P〈0. 05）. The ODI score of the experimental group was（ 16. 29 ± 7. 83） after the first treatment,and that of the control group（ 16. 14 ±7. 19）,indicating a difference that was not statistically significant different（ P〈0. 05）. After 10 treatments,the Oswestry scores of both groups dropped significantly than before the treatment,and the differences were statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. The difference between the two groups was not significant（ P〈0. 05）.Conclusions Laser acupuncture is better than traditional acupuncture in treating cold- damp low back pain. Nevertheless,after one treatment,there is no obvious improvement on the capability to lift / carry object,sit and walk. After a course of treatment,both two acupuncture therapies are effective on cold-damp low back pain,but laser acupuncture is more effective. The difference is significant. Las
