595nm脉冲染料激光治疗单侧痣样毛细血管扩张的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨595 nm脉冲染料激光(pulsed dye laser,PDL)治疗单侧痣样毛细血管扩张(unilateral nevoid telangiectasia,UNT)的有效性。方法回顾性分析2010年1月至2014年12月,UNT患者21例的临床资料,使用波长595 nm PDL治疗,脉宽1.5~10 ms,能量密度7~15 J/cm^2,频率1.5 Hz,光斑直径5、7和10 mm,每次治疗前及治疗后2个月在相同条件下拍摄患者治疗局部照片,根据照片评价疗效。结果所有患者经过1~3次的治疗后好转率100%,达到好转的平均治疗次数为(1.67±0.58)次。其中,面颈部组皮损达到好转的平均治疗次数为(1.60±0.52)次,四肢组皮损达到好转的平均治疗次数为(1.73±0.65)次,两者问的差异无显著意义(P>0.05);成年人(>18岁)组皮损达到好转的平均治疗次数为(1.80±0.63)次,未成年人(<18岁)组皮损达到好转的平均治疗次数为(1.55±0.52)次,两者间的差异无显著意义(P>0.05)。结论595 nm PDL是用于治疗UNT的安全有效的方式。Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of 595 nm pulsed dye laser （PDL） on unilateral nevoid telangiectasia （UNT）. Methods Twenty-one subjects of our laser center with typical clinical manifestations of UNT were treated with 595 nm PDL （ America Candela, pulse durafion：l. 5 - 10 ms, energy： 7 - 15 J/cm2 , frequency： 1.5 Hz and spot diameter： 5, 7 and 10 mm） from 2010 to 2014. The photos of all these patients before and 2 months after the laser treatment were taken to evaluate thetherapeutic effect.Results All patients treated with appropriatepulse duration and energy ofpulsed dye laser achieved improvement after 1-3 sessions of- treatment. While the average treatment frequency for animprovement of the face andneck group being （ 1.60 ± 0. 5 ）, that of the limbs group was （ 1.73 ± 0. 7 ）, and the difference was not statistically significant （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. The average treatment frequency for animprovement of the adult group was （ 1.80± 0. 6）, and that of the impuberism group （ 1.55 ± 0. 5 ）, indicating a difference that wasnot statistically significant （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusions 595nm pulsed dye las6r is safe and effective for patients of UNTI and the main adverse eventistransient hypopigmentation.
