含内盐丙烯酸酯防污涂料的制备和性能研究

摘  要:用自由基溶液聚合法合成了甲基丙烯酰乙基磺基甜菜碱(SBMA)-丙烯酸乙酯(EA)-甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油醚(GMA)和DMC-EA-GMA-丙烯酸羟乙酯(HEA)共聚物,并以此为成膜树脂制备了相应的防污涂料。测试结果表明:随着成膜树脂中SBMA用量的增加,涂膜的抗拉强度下降,剪切强度和吸水率增加;随HEA用量的增加,涂膜的抗拉强度和剪切强度均下降,吸水率和铜离子渗出率增加。HEA用量为树脂质量5%和10%时,15℃以上的铜离子渗出率明显高于10℃时的铜离子渗出率,这对防污剂氧化亚铜的温控释放是十分有利的。Methacryloyloxy ethyl sulfobetaine(SBMA)-ethyl acrylate(EA)-glydyl methacrylate(GMA) and SBMA-EA-GMAhydroxyethyl acrylate(HEA) copolymers were synthesized by free-radical solution polymerization, and the antifouling coatings were prepared. The measurement results show that tensile strength of the coatings decreases and shear strength and water absorption ratio increase with increasing SBMA amount, and both tensile strength and shear strength of the coatings decrease and water absorption ratio and copper-ion leaching rate increase with increasing HEA amount. The copper-ion leaching rates at 15 ℃ of the coating with 5% and 10% of HEA are obviously higher than those at 10 ℃, which is favorable for the temperaturecontrolled release of cuprous oxide.
