摘　　要：目的探讨老年口腔癌合并系统性疾病患者的围术期护理。方法对2014年1-12月在四川大学华西口腔医院头颈肿瘤外科行手术治疗的老年口腔癌合并系统性疾病的患者340例施行有针对性的围术期护理。结果340例患者安全度过围术期，完成口腔癌的手术治疗，顺利出院。结论对于老年口腔癌合并系统性疾病的患者加强术前风险评估，积极处理系统性疾病，术后加强系统性疾病的监护和积极的护理干预，老年口腔癌合并系统性疾病的患者能达到预期的治疗效果。Objective To explore the methods of perioperative nursing for oral carcinoma in aged patients complicated with systemic diseases. Methods A total of 340 aged oral earcinoma patients complicated with systemic diseases received perioperative nursing in Department of Head and Neck Oncology, West China hospital of Stomatology from January to December 2014, clinical data of the 340 cases were reviewed and analyzed. Results After the management of peri-operation period, 340 patients experienced the operation safely and recovered smoothly. Conclusions As long as enhancing risks assessment and treating complications, enhancing the manipulate of anesthesia and operation, emphasizing monitor and nurse after operation, aged oral carcinoma patients complicated with systemic diseases can get satisfying results.
