摘 要:分销网络设计属于战略决策问题,短期内不宜改变,但分销网络可能面临各种设施中断风险,因此必须在网络设计阶段对设施中断风险加以考虑。考虑设施中断风险和防御并集成库存控制决策的分销网络设计问题,基于非线性规划方法建立一个有容量约束的选址-库存问题优化模型,设计相应的遗传算法予以求解。算例分析结果表明:在分销网络设计阶段就考虑设施中断风险和防御,可以显著降低将来可能发生的应急成本;系统对中断风险、惩罚成本因子、设防成本调整参数等因素的反应较敏感。Distribution network design is a strategic decision that can not be changed frequently. But distribution networks run under the risks of disruptions. So, it is critical to account for the non-complete reliability of facility in designing the network. In this paper, the traditional distribution network design problem is extended by integrating with the inventory control decision and considering the disruption and fortification of facilities. An optimization model for capacitated location- inventory problem is developed based on nonlinear programming method. Genetic algorithm is adopted to solve the problem. The results of a numerical example show that the potential emergency cost in the future can be significantly reduced by considering disruption risk and facility fortify in the design stage, and the system is sensitive to disruption risks, punishing factors and adjustment parameter of fixed fortification cost.
