农产品物流仓单质押盈利模式及其利益分配模型

摘　　要：仓单质押是我国第三方物流企业着力开展的一种新型融资手段之一。农产品生产加工企业面临的融资难问题一定程度上可以通过农产品物流仓单质押融资贷款进行缓解。本文在农产品物流仓单质押业务流程的基础上对农产品物流仓单质押三种盈利模式进行了分析;基于交易成本理论,通过数量模型对农产品物流仓单质押盈利机理进行了分析和推导,从一个角度论证了农产品物流仓单质押可以实现商业银行、农产品生产加工企业以及第三方物流企业收益的帕累托改进;提出了农产品物流仓单质押贷款额度风险控制数量模型;基于协商理论,提出了描述各方利益分配的农产品物流仓单质押利益分配协商过程模型,并论证了相关各方除了可以获得协商的固定收益外,还可以获得因增加投资而实现的生产规模效益所带来的协同收益。Pledge by warehouse receipt is a new financing technique which strives to carry out in our third-party logistics companies. Agricultural production and processing enterprises are facing the problem of financing, to a certain extent, these problems can be ease up by warehouse receipt pledge financing loan of agricultural product logistics. Firstly, based on the business process of pledge by warehouse receipt of agriculture logistics, this paper analyzes three profit modes of pledge by warehouse receipt of agriculture logistics. Secondly, hased on hargain cost theory, this paper also analyzes and deduces the mathematic model to explain the Earning mechanism of pledge by warehouse receipts of agricultural product logistics, from a certain point of view, it also authenticates that the Pareto improvement can be achieved in commercial banks, agricultural production and processing enterprises as well as the third-party logistics companies. Thirdly, the risk control model of pledge by warehouse receipts of agricultural product logistics is also proposed. Finally, based on negotiation theory, negotiation process model which describes the process of profit allocation of pledge by warehouse receipts in agricultural product logistics is also proposed, which authenticates that not only fixed benefits can be brought about, but also can synergistic benefits can be gained through expanding agriculture production scale.
