基于时序增益激励的多阶段评价信息集结方法

摘　　要：针对具有激励特征的动态综合评价问题,以被评价对象不同时段的增益为基点,兼顾评价双重信息,提出一种基于时序增益激励的信息集结方法。首先在三种不同奖惩情境下,通过增益确定不同的奖惩层级,在此基础上利用决策者偏好信息确定激励系数;然后运用差异因子和理想贴近度修正增益值,据此得到带有奖惩特征的评价结果。该方法体现评价者的奖惩需求,通过逐层激励,可拉大被评价对象的整体差距,期望对个体或组织的良性发展起到引导作用。最后,通过一个算例验证了方法的有效性。For a dynamic comprehensive evaluation issue with incentive characteristic, based on different gains of an evaluation object, we propose a method of the phases gain inspiriting of evaluation objects under double information. Firstly, in three different rewarding situations, different incentive levels are determined by gains and based on the preference information to determine the incentive coefficient ; then use the different factor and the ideal proximity to correct gains to get the evaluation results with rewards and punishment function. The method reflects the decision intention and improves the whole divergence thought layer by layer incentive, inducing individual and organization to rapid development. Finally, an example is used to verify the effectiveness of method.
