天津港“8·12”特大爆炸事故应急采供血工作实践与思考

摘　　要：天津港"8·12"特大爆炸事故发生后,天津市血液中心紧急启动重大突发事件应急采供血工作预案,通过核查库存、内部挖潜、储备物料、预约献血、信息公开、沟通医院、志愿服务等举措,全力做好血液的采集供应,取得了良好的效果,为"8·12事故"中伤员的救治用血提供了最及时的帮助;同时对暴露出的如何合理调配工作人员、如何在突发事件后保留好预约献血者、如何调整血液品种的结构性矛盾、如何完善中心所在域内血液信息系统的联网等问题进行思考,以优化采供血应急机制的建设,保障应急状态下的血液安全。The emergency response plans were launched by Tianjin Blood Center after ＂8 ·12＂explosion accident in Tianjin port. To ensure adequate blood collection and supply,Tianjin Blood Center took a series of measures,such as checking inventory,tapping internal potentials,reserving material,revealing information,communicating with hospitals,recruiting volunteers,and achieved good results. In＂8·12＂accident,the wounded received blood transfusions in a timely manner. To optimize the mechanism of blood collection and supply in emergency response and to ensure blood safety in the state of emergency,some concerns were addressed,including the following： reasonable allocation of staff,maintenance of blood donors who have made an appointment,reconciliation of the structural contradictions among varieties of blood,and improvement in the networking of blood information system within the center area.
