摘 要:目的调查50%标示量不足量血制备的MAP悬浮红细胞和去白细胞悬浮红细胞储存期间的溶血率。方法分别采集12位志愿者的全血24 m L,在采血后4 h内混合,制备正常MAP悬浮红细胞、50%标示量的不足量血悬浮红细胞和去白细胞悬浮红细胞制剂并4℃保存,于0、7、14、21、28、35 d进行血细胞计数、红细胞比容和血浆游离血红蛋白的检测,计算储存期间红细胞制剂的溶血率。结果 50%标示量的不足量血MAP悬浮红细胞和去白细胞悬浮红细胞制剂储存期末溶血率均值为0.211%和0.153%;不足量血制剂储存期末溶血率显著高于正常红细胞制剂,而不足量悬浮红细胞和少白细胞悬浮红细胞之间差异有统计学意义。结论 50%标示量的不足量血制剂的储存期末溶血率低于0.8%,滤除白细胞可降低不足量血制剂储存期末溶血率。Objective To investigate the hemolysis of mannitol-adenine-phosphate( MAP) in under-collected erythrocyte concentrates( UC-RBCs) and leukocyte-depleted UC-RBCs( LD-UC-RBCs),which were prepared from ACD-B anticoagulated under-collected whole blood( UC-WB) with minimum 50% volume of the labeled collection. Methods 24 m L whole blood of 12 volunteers were collected and pooled. RBCs,UC-RBCs and LD-UC-RBCs were prepared with WB or UCWB with minimum 50% volume of the labeled collection within 4 h after collection. The total hemoglobin concentration,hematocrit and free hemoglobin concentration in the supernatant were analyzed on day 0,7,14,21,28,and 35 of storage to calculate the hemolysis ratio. Results At the end of storage,the hemolysis of UC-RBCs and LD-UC-RBCs prepared with WB or UC-WB were 0. 211% and 0. 153%,which were significantly higher than that of RBCs. UC-RBCs showed significant difference in the rate of hemolysis from LD-UC-RBCs. Conclusion The hemolysis of UC-RBCs and LD-UC-RBCs at the end of storage is less than 0. 8%. Leukocyte depletion helps to decrease the hemolysis rate of MAP in under-collected red blood cells suspension during storage.
