汇集浓缩血小板并滤除白细胞后的质量指标探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨浓缩血小板汇集、滤白后的质量指标,达到一血多用、节约血源的目的。方法将160袋(2 U/袋)浓缩血小板及20例(8袋/例)浓缩血小板汇集、滤除白细胞后分别留样,检测并比较制备过程中各步骤的血小板(Plt)、红细胞(RBC)、白细胞(WBC)的变化。结果血细胞(个/袋),浓缩血小板汇集、滤白前:Plt 3.059×1011、RBC 4.868×109、WBC 2.030×109;汇集、滤白后:Plt 2.823×1011、RBC 3.929×109、WBC 2.221×106。结论浓缩血小板经汇集、滤白后能有效滤除白细胞,保证血小板含量,可达到相对理想的输注效果,是解决当前血源紧张和临床供血不足的有效途径。Objective To explore the quality index of the collected and leukocyte-filtrated platelet concentrate and to optimize the application of blood. Methods After collection and leukocyte filtration,samples were stored in 160 bags,including 2 units of platelet concentrates in each bag. Samples were then taken in 20 sets,with 8 bags of platelet concentrates in each set. The variation of Plt,RBC,and WBC contents in every bag were examined and compared during the procedures.Results Before collection and leukocyte filtration,Plt was 3. 059 × 10^11,RBC was 4. 868 × 10^9,and WBC was 2. 030 ×10^8. After collection and leukocyte filtration,Plt decreased to 2. 82 × 10^11,RBC decreased to 3. 929 × 10^9,and WBC decreased to 2. 221 × 10^6. Conclusion The collected and leukocyte-filtrated platelet concentrate can significantly remove WBC and maintain platelet content. It is ideal for transfusion and resolutions for blood shortage.
