摘　　要：2015年,我国面临着错综复杂的国内外经济形势和诸多不确定因素,该文对影响我国宏观经济运行的20余项国内外经济变量进行逐一分析,剖析了其中的有利条件及不利因素,提出我们应对其严密关注并予以积极应对。从2015年我国宏观经济运行的整体情况来看,虽然经济增长面临着下行压力的严峻考验,但国民经济在新常态下总体运行平稳,呈现出"有喜有忧,总体稳定,趋势向好"的基本态势。China has faced complex domestic and international economic situation and various uncertain factors in 2015.This paper analyzes 20 domestic and foreign economic variables impacting China＇s macro economy＇s operation,explains the favorable and unfavorable factors among them,and suggests the factors should receive close concern and active response.Although the macro-economic growth is facing severe downward pressure in 2015,China＇s national economy has been running smooth overall,with challenges and opportunities at the same time.This paper argues that,in 2016（the beginning year of China＇s 13 th plan of five-year national development）,the most critical is to fully play the role of macro-economic control policy on the steady economic growth,adjustment of industrial structure,and people＇s livelihood＇s benefit.According to China＇s current macro-economic situation,we should adopt some macro-economic control policies with close association and sustainable effect to effectively mitigate the economic downward pressure and promote macro-economic steady growth.The paper gives detailed suggestions on the policies in various fields including macro economy,enterprises＇ development,expanding of domestic demand,foreign trade,and industrial development.
