城乡居民收入差距对于居民的消费示范效应影响研究——基于GMM方法的实证分析

摘　　要：为分析城乡居民收入差距对城乡居民消费示范效应的影响,该文基于Duesenberry的相对收入假说,采用GMM法,利用全国城乡居民1985-2013年相关数据对其进行了实证。结果表明:城乡居民之间存在着显著的消费示范效应,而消费结构的变化是消费示范效应发挥作用的关键。由于当前我国城乡居民收入差距过大,使得消费示范效应有所减弱。过大的收入差距将会产生两种效应:一是使得农村居民仅能通过购买同类型低档消费品的形式对城镇居民的消费行为进行模仿,产生正的消费示范效应;二是收入不足和流动性约束将严重抑制农村居民对城镇居民消费行为的模仿,并激发农村居民的挫败感,为了消除这种挫败感,增加未来模仿城镇居民消费行为的能力,农村居民将减少当期消费,增加储蓄,从而使得消费率下降,消费示范效应为负。前一种正的消费示范效应超过了后一种负的消费示范效应,这就使得我国城乡居民之间存在着显著的消费示范效应,但强度有所减弱。To analysis the influence of urban-rural income discrepancy on consumption demonstration effect,the author made an empirical research by utilizing GMM method,based on Dusenberry＇s relevance income principle,with dataset of china from 1985-2013,the research demonstrationd that：there existed significant consumption demonstration effect between citizens and rural dewellers and the convergence of consumption structure is key to the exertion of comsumption effect.Due to the reason that urban-rural income gap is so large that restrained the exertion of consumption demomstrate effect.What＇s more,the income gap raised two kinds of different effect：on one hand,owning to the low income,rural dewellers can only imitate the consumption structure of citizens,as a reuslt consumption demonstration effect is positive;On the other hand,low income and liquid constraint stimuliated the frustrated sensation of rural dewellers,consquently,rurual dewellers are inclined to cut down consumption budget and initiated to increase savings,as a result the consumption demonstration effect was negative.Nonetheless,the positive effect covered the negative effect,and the domonstrated effect is positive on the whole,though a little weakened.
