摘　　要：阐述了高校图书馆对外开放的好处,论证了高校图书馆对外开放的必要性与可行性,探讨了高校图书馆对外开放需要研究解决的问题,提出了高校图书馆对外开放的具体方式方法。This paper expounds the advantages of university library＇s opening to the society, demonstrates the necessity and the feasibility of university library＇ s opening to the society, probes into the problems the problems existing in university library＇s opening to the society need to be studied and solved, and puts forward some concrete modes and methods for university library＇ s opening to the society.
