摘　　要：采用文献查阅、网络调查、问卷调查与访问调查相结合的方法,探讨了Web2.0技术在全国各类型图书馆的应用情况,以湖北省为例,分析了目前Web2.0技术在加强图书馆信息服务能力上所起的作用及应用中存在的不足,以期为图书馆进一步优化Web2.0技术服务提供参考。By using the method of combining the literature review, Internet survey, questionnaire survey and interview survey, this paper probes into the application status of Web2.0 technology in various kinds of libraries in China, and taking Hubei Province as an example, analyzes the functions of Web2.0 technology currently in strengthening library＇s service ability and some shortages existing in its application for providing a reference for the libraries to further optimize the service based on Web2.0 technology.
