网络时代图书资料管理的探索

摘　　要：传统的图书资料管理方式存在很多弊端,而引进现代化的信息管理技术有利于改善这一局面,因此,网络时代图书资料管理方法和措施的探索有着积极的意义。从管理方法、载体形式、人员素质等方面分析了目前图书资料管理存在的问题,提出了网络时代图书资料管理的方法和策略,包括资源共享、智能化管理和人员培训等。There are many disadvantages in traditional books and reference materials management mode, and introducing modern information management technology is conducive to the improvement of such a situation, therefore, the exploration of the methods and measures for books and reference materials management in network era possesses active significance. This paper analyzes the problems currently existing in books and reference materials management from aspects of management method, carrier form and personnel quality, and puts forward some methods and strategies for books and reference materials management in network era including the resources sharing, intelligent management, and personnel training, ect.
