摘　　要：通过对高校图书馆微信服务现状的研究,阐述了微信服务发展过程中服务内容、服务手段、交互性等方面存在的问题,并就这些问题提出了丰富服务内容、提高服务质量、打造专业团队、规范服务流程的相关建议。Through studying the current situation of university library＇s WeChat service, this paper expounds some problems existing in the development process of WeChat service in aspects of service contents, service means, and interactivity, etc., and in the light of these problems, puts forward some relevant suggestions such as enriching the service contents, improving the service quality, creating the professional team, and standardizing the service process, etc.
