摘　　要：我国图书馆界关于图书馆服务质量的研究比较多,但是关于图书馆可靠性的研究较少。可靠性分析可以用于分析图书馆用户行为、图书馆业务和服务、数字信息服务、信息系统与信息设备等。论述了可靠性分析在图书馆管理和服务中的应用,阐述了常用的可靠性分析模型,指出图书馆应开展全面的可靠性管理。There are more researches on library service quality than library reliability China＇s library field. Reliability analysis can be used to analyze library users＇ behaviors,library operations and services,digital information service, information system, and information equipment, etc. This paper discusses the application of reliability analysis in library＇ s management and service, expounds some commonly used reliability analysis models, and points out that the library should carry out a comprehensive reliability management.
