摘　　要：介绍了哈尔滨工程大学图书馆俄文图书馆藏概况,通过调研、对比、分析北京大学图书馆、东北师范大学图书馆、黑龙江大学图书馆、东方学院图书馆俄文图书回溯建库方式的优缺点,拟定了哈尔滨工程大学图书馆俄文图书回溯编目建库细则,以有效完成俄文图书的回溯建库工作。This paper introduces the general situation of the collection of Russian books in the library of Harbin Engineering University, and through the survey, comparison and analysis on the advantages and disadvantages of the retrospective database construction of Russian books in the library of Beijing University, the library of Northeast Normal University, the library of Heilongjiang University and the library of Oriental College, formulates the detailed rules for the retrospective database construction of Russian books in the library of Harbin Engineering University for effectively fulfill the retrospective database construction of Russian books.
