摘　　要：人性化管理是高校图书馆未来的发展方向,其主要表现形式为开架型阅览模式,该模式既方便了读者查阅又提高了管理效率。介绍了高校图书馆流通阅览开架管理的特点,针对高校图书馆流通阅览开架管理的现状,提出了完善高校图书馆流通阅览开架管理的对策。Humanized management is the future development direction of university library, the main expression form of it is the open-shelves reading mode, which can not only be convenient for readers＇ consulting but also improve the management efficiency. This paper introduces the features of the open-shelves management of circulating and reading university library, and in the light of the problems existing in the open-shelves management of circulating and reading in in university library, puts forward some countermeasures for improving the open-shelves management of circulating and reading in university library.
