深厚冲积层冻结法凿井冻掘配合问题探讨

摘　　要：深厚冲积层冻结法凿井施工中,冻掘矛盾一直比较突出。结合我国已竣工的穿过冲积层厚度675.6m的龙固北风井冻结法凿井实践经验,分析深厚冲积层井筒冻结方案和掘砌施工相关问题,介绍了深厚冲积层冻掘相互配合的工程经验,并提出相应建议,可为井筒冻结设计和掘砌施工提供借鉴。The contradiction between freezing and excavation is always more prominent in shaft sinking by freeze method in deep alluvium.Combined with the construction experience of completed shaft,Longgu North Ventilation Shaft which constructed by freeze sinking method in 675.6-meter-deep alluvium in Shandong Province,East China,some relevant problems between freezing plan and construction of excavation and lining were analyzed,and engineering experience of freezing and excavation cooperation was introduced,simultaneously some recommendations were put forward.The paper can provide references for the freezing design and construction of excavation and lining of shaft in deep alluvium.
