摘　　要：基于HFSS电磁仿真软件与微扰法原理,同时利用LabVIEW与矢量网络分析仪,设计了一套利用矩形谐振腔进行复介电常数自动测试的系统。与基模不同的是,该系统也可在高次模的特定频率下进行多频点自动测试。实际测试显示,该系统测试精度较高,操作简便,界面友好,提高了测试效率,有良好的拓展空间。Based on the principle of electromagnetic simulation software HFSS and the perturbation method,a set of automatic test system for complex permittivity was designed by using rectangular cavity,LabVIEW and vector network analyzer.Different from the base mode,the system can execute automatic multi-frequency points test at the specific frequency of high order mode.The practical test shows that the system is of high precision,simple operation and friendly interface;it can improve test efficiency and has good developing space.
