封闭式料场在首钢原料场封闭改造中的应用

摘　　要：随着人们环保意识的增强，以及环保政策的日益严格，现有露天原料场抑尘技术已不能满足新的环保要求。按照《京津冀及周边地区重点行业大气污染限期治理方案》（环发[2014]112号）要求，露天原料场必须进行封闭改造。涉及到首钢京唐公司、迁钢公司、矿业公司和中化公司。对首钢“一业多地”的原料场现状进行分析，对封闭式料场形式及特点进行介绍，对现有原料场封闭改造方案进行说明。实施料场封闭改造符合建设“资源节约型、环境友好型”企业，实现“节能减排、环境保护”的绿色发展理念。封闭式料场以其独特的环保效益、经济效益和社会效益，将在新建及改扩建钢铁项目中得到越来越广泛的应用。With the enhancement of environmental consciousness and the increasingly strictness of environmental protection policy, the dust suppression technique for the existing open type material yard could not meet the new requirements of environmental protection. As per the request of 《 Air Pollution Control Scheme for the key industries in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei and the surrounding areas》 （Ministry of Environment[2014]112）, the enclosed remodeling should be proceed for the open type material yard. This article will analyze the current status of Shougang＇ s existing material yard in the affiliated Jingtang Plant, Qian＇ an plant, Mining company, QZCC company and the form ＆ characteristics of enclosed type stock yard. The enclosed remodeling scheme has also been described. The implementation of enclosed remodeling for the material yard is in line with target to construct a ＂resource-saving and environment-friendly ＂ enterprise and achieve the green development concept of ＂Energy Conservation and Emission Reduction, Environmental Protection＂ . The enclosed type stockyard with its unique environmental benefit, economic benefit and social benefit will be more and more widely used in new-buih ＆ re-buih steel projects.
