连铸坯转向运输设备浅析

摘　　要：受地理环境和车间工艺布置等限制，连铸坯热送辊道与入炉辊道并不总是平行的，这种情况下就需要采用转向运输设备。转向运输设备有多种常用结构形式，各有其特点，设计时应根据工艺要求，综合考虑相关因素，合理选型。The hot charging roller way of continuous casting billet is not parallel to the roller way into furnace, because they are restricted by geographical environment and workshop layout. In this condition, the steering and transport equipment must be used. The steering and transport equipment has various common structure types, and those have different characteristics, we must consider comprehensively the various factors according to the processing requirement and reasonable selection when designing.
