摘　　要：介绍新型热轧精轧除鳞箱主要技术参数及结构，针对目前热轧生产线中老式传统热轧精轧除鳞箱出现的问题提出改造方案。新型热轧精轧除鳞箱具备更强的除鳞性能，提高了热轧产品的表面质量，同时新型热轧精轧除鳞箱具有成本低，使用、维护便捷的特性。The article introduces the structure and mostly technologic parameters of new-type finishing mill desealer. The new-type finishing mill descaler can descale more strongly and promote quality of product surface effectively comparing the traditional old-type finishing mill. And the new-type finishing mill descaler have characteristics of low-cost and convenience of use and maintenance.
