摘　　要：推导热轧带钢酸洗线漂洗系统的压力一流量关系，确定漂洗泵的工况点，验证首钢迁钢热轧酸洗线上的漂洗泵具有安全的汽蚀余量。分析结果证明漂洗泵的设计选型是准确的，分析过程对类似系统的设计具有借鉴意义。Deduce a pressure-flowrate formula for the rinsing system of hot strip steel push pickling lines, and make sure the rinsing pump＇ s operation point, and verify the rinsing pump of Shougang Qiangang hot rolling strip steel push-pickling line being able to maintain .a safe operation for free of cavitation. The drawn conclusion demonstrates that the selected pump is reasonable. This article provides an analysis procedure for similar system design.
