摘　　要：具备良好的情景意识能力有助于轮机管理人员通过感知外部环境条件和系统的状态信息,并结合自身的知识和经验,对船舶机舱中重要设备的运行趋势做出合理的预测及在紧急情况下迅速做出正确决策。对此,在全面分析影响情景意识的关键要素的基础上,从STCW公约马尼拉修正案中提升情景意识的指导性原则入手,给出有利于改善情景意识能力的途径。该研究工作可为情景意识能力的培训和评估提供更有针对性的指导。The situation awareness helps marine engineers to predict the operational trends of the important equipment.Through the perception of external environmental condition and system status information,combined with their knowledge and experience,they can take precautionary actions to prevent equipment accidents. The main factors associated with the situation awareness include perception of situational elements,judgment method of current scenario and forecasting means of situational status. Based on comprehensive analysis of the key factors affecting the situation awareness,several approaches which can improve the situation awareness capability are proposed according to the guiding principles used to enhance situation awareness in STCW Convention Manila Amendment.
